Try to practice on a daily basis and plan a fixed time of the day. For example, in the early morning before your daily activities begin and/or daily before you go to bed.

Especially, now many of us are forced to take time off, profit from the power of time off! If you never make time, you never have time!

10 minutes power-meditation

This 10 minutes power meditation is perfect for starting your day alive, calm and focused. It is a process of self-observation. A practical way to examine the reality within your mind, body and soul. Without analyzing, without judgement. Just observe. Uncover and solve whatever problems lie hidden and develop positive qualities such as wisdom, joy and equanimity. Set your intention for today and it will help develop unused potential and to channel it for your own good and the good of others.

10 minutes breathing exercise

Your breath is the most important tool of keeping your attention in the here and now. The breath is also the primary tool of making a connection between your mind, body and heart. Out of your head in your body. That is why it is valuable to do a breathing exercise regularly. If you are stressed, experiencing tension in neck and shoulders or your breath is in your throat instead of your lower belly, practice the two simple yet effective breathing exercises in this 10-minutes video. You can do this on your (office-) chair or sitting or lying on a sofa, on the floor or in your bed.

20 minutes deep relaxation

This video will guide you on a 20 minutes journey to deeply relax with yoga nidra. This is a powerful technique of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The term yoga means one-pointed awareness. Nidra means sleep. During this practice you appear to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning on a deeper level of awareness. You experience a state of dynamic sleep. Regular practice can result in improved sleep pattern, enhanced concentration and diminishing chronic health issues.

40 minutes re-balancing your energy

This video will guide you on a 40 minutes journey to re-balance the seven main energy centers in your body. You will be guided in a yin yoga practice. Yin yoga is a quiet slow-paced practice in which the muscular body softens. Simple poses are held for a longer time, stressing the deep and less elastic tissues such as the fascia. You will experience a lot of space in your body after the practice and your mind will follow. Yin can be a very meditative practice teaching us to respond mindfully to life situations.

‘In these times of fear, loneliness and uncertainty, the power of time off provides it’s expertise and experience to support you on a physical, mental and emotional level.’
