Top performers need to make time to (learn to) relax, so they’re able to transform unconscious reactions into conscious actions, sleep better and increase concentration, intuition and their overall well-being.

The spine should be able to move in six different ways. If you have arm, neck or shoulder problems you know something is wrong. If you want to increase your stress-threshold, what you feed yourself is extremely important.
The stress-threshold is the maximum amount of stress that your body and mind can handle before you are in a code red, burnout state. If our bodies are functioning optimally, our stress-threshold is increased. When our stress-threshold is increased, we can handle more stress without it affecting us negatively. If you are not eating foods that enhance your physiology and balance your cortisol levels, then you are decreasing your stress threshold.
