The facilitator of this silence experience is Ingrid Valks. A yogi with a background as entrepreneur and director in the corporate world. In her business life she connected people with brands and organizations. Today she connects people with themselves and the people around them.
Ingrid will lead you in yin yoga practises to create space in your body and move beyond the physical to connect with your energetic and emotional body. To create space in your mind, Ingrid will guide you in meditations. You’ll be surprised how easy it will be to let go of your thoughts and worries, with only your focus and breathing.
There is time for yourself, to take a siesta in the privacy of your own room or you can just sit and relax in the living or enjoy the sun in the garden. We will take zen walks on the beach and in the oldest park in the Netherlands. Before we close the experience, you’ll take the seven steps to a deep stillness inside you.
