Reflective skills help you to stay vital and connected.
How often do you make time for reflection? Developing your reflective skills will expand your self-knowledge and is therefore an essential part of building a genuine connection with yourself and with the people around you. Reflective skills also help you identify the first signs of exhaustion or inner-detachment, and thus can help to prevent a burn-out. We encourage you to make time for reflection at least one workshop every month, one week per year and one year every seven years.
“A retreat with Ingrid is a transformational experience with lots of room and guidance for reflection.”
Adriana Mejia Cuartas | Social Entrepreneur
