‘30 Hours of Silence’: challenging but impactful!

Finding time to do nothing and be still gets more and more challenging each day. But stillness helps to calm and tame the weary mind. Yoga and meditation, and refraining from talking and eating, helps to connect your mind, body and heart. You exercise and learn to listen to the language of your body and your inner voice, your soul. The yoga practices and the meditations help you withdraw from your senses and to rest and digest. In this new space that arises you can embrace new adventures and take new steps in your life.

‘I had no doubts whatsoever to subscribe for the ‘30 Hours of Silence’ with Ingrid. Apart from not talking, we also refrained from eating, except homemade bouillons. So this was a triple detox; no talking, no solid food, no digital devices. I allowed myself to be guided by the gentle voice of Ingrid and the safe environment she’s able to create. I participated in 5 x 90 minutes of yoga, meditation and two Zen walks – and just relaxed on a comfy sofa or in bed.’
