That’s the reason we designed this 7-days online retreat. The retreat is designed in a way you get all your tasks done and at the same time create time for a total internal reset. Make time three times a day during educational experience. Now most of us are forced to take time off, profit from the power of time off. We provide new tools and insights to find inner-peace, health, happiness, creativity and innovation. Resulting in all-new levels of performance, productivity and personal satisfaction.

We recommend to integrate more yin-body-movement in your yang life with yin yoga. Yin yoga is a quiet slow-paced practice in which the muscular body softens. Simple poses are held for a longer time, stressing the deep and less elastic tissues such as the fascia. You will experience a lot of space in your body after the practice and your mind will follow. Yin can be a very meditative practice teaching us to respond mindfully to life situations; transforming an unconscious reaction into a conscious action.
Yin Yoga results in freedom, in both mind and body. Yin yoga is by its nature, staying in a relatively simple posture for a longer period of time, also a training for your mind. With yin yoga you learn to make a deep connection with yourself, in the stillness. You are confronted with all kinds of aspects of yourself that stand in the way of realizing your true self. You get to know and accept yourself from within. You learn to deal with feelings, resistance and blockages that you encounter. It’s about the way you deal with it. Do you accept it or do you oppose it?
In the program Stress less with yin, you will also enjoy the deep relaxation experience Nidra can provide. Nidra is a powerful technique of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Nidra means sleep. During this practice you appear to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning on a deeper level of awareness. You experience a state of dynamic sleep. Regular practice can result in improved sleep pattern, enhanced concentration and diminishment of chronic health issues.
