Join this virtual retreat and you will be guided to take the seven steps to inner- peace and stillness. Integrate yin in your yang life with a strong focus this week on your physical, emotional and mental well-being. 

Are you close to a bore-out or a burn-out and can you use some guidance in navigating the pressures of life and work? Then this week can be something for you. It’s time to address the state of your mental, emotional and even physical well-being. As one of our previous participants shared as feedback on the experience with us ‘technique is also a great tool to revitalize and to relief stress and learn to relax at a physical, emotional and mental level’.

This week you will learn how to integrate more yin in your yang life. To get to know tools and exercises to find inner-peace and stillness. Stillness is the key to grow consciousness,  compassion and connectedness. The 3C’s. Three important human skills to boost personal satisfaction, vitality and peak performance.

With a team of professionals you will embark on this yin journey. Together with others from around the world. Together it is easier and more fun. Yin yoga practices centred on the chakras will help you reconnect with your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. Nidra and meditation will enhance deep relaxation on all levels and improve your self-awareness. With other speakers and teachers you will experience the impact of your lifestyle on your well-being and your work-life balance.

The program is designed in a way you get all your tasks done and at the same time create time to relief stress and learn to relax.  From Monday 2nd – Friday 6th May, 2022.

Have you ever tried face-yoga? Learn to relax the muscles in your face and you will feel and look much younger and happier.

With yin yoga you learn to make a deep connection with yourself, in the stillness. You are confronted with all kinds of aspects of yourself that stand in the way of realizing your true self. You get to know and accept yourself from within. Yin yoga is a quiet slow-paced practice in which the muscular body softens. Everybody can do it. No experience is needed. Simple poses are held for a longer time, stressing the deep and less elastic tissue such as the fascia. You will experience a lot of space in your body after the practice! And your mind will follow your body! Yin can be a very meditative practice teaching us to respond mindfully to life situations.

In the program STRESS LESS WITH YIN you will be guided to rebalance the energy centers (the chakra’s) in your body, to relief stress in back-, neck and shoulders, to experience deep relaxation and to reconnect with your true nature in nature.

Nidra is a powerful technique of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Nidra means sleep. During this practice you appear to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning on a deeper level of awareness. You experience a state of dynamic sleep. Regular practice can result in improved sleep pattern, enhanced concentration and diminishment of chronic health issues.

Also nature and your life-style are powerful tools to revitalize and grow. Top-professionals will share their wisdom to elevate personal satisfaction, vitality and peak performance.
